MARBLES - The Stray Cat
MARBLES
I want to thank you for creating such an amazing product! My cat, Marbles, was a stray who decided she wanted to come home with me. I met her in the parking lot of my place of work. She was emaciated, had a big abcess on the back of her neck, and was about 8 months old. That was in May 2006. She jumped into the car with me and never looked back! She was fed a good diet, but developed a urinary tract issue a year later. We gave her the antibiotics the vet suggested and we have been feeding her a prescription diet ever since. She has been in good shape, but her energy level decreased. She wasn't playing like a kitten anymore.
About 2 months ago, I was in PetSmart where I volunteer at the cat and kitten adoption fair on weekends. I always check the sale bins and found this gold packet called The Missing Link for felines. It was as if this were meant for me to buy. I had been searching for something that would bring back Marbles' energy. I started giving it to her every morning with her wet food. I was surprised by how much she liked it! She enjoys the taste, she knows it's good for her, or something! She will even eat it right off the spoon!
It has been over 2 months and she has her energy back. She drags her toy over to me when she wants to play and she runs down the apartment hallway at night at full speed. Her eyes are bright and her fur is silky. Usually short-haired cats have soft fur, but I would never have thought her fur would be as sleek as a seal's and softer and silkier than baby's hair.
Thank you again. I will continue her on The Missing Link for her entire life. She deserves the best because she brings out the best in me!
